David Sharp, Chief Financial Officer

Dave joined Fox River in December of 2008 and oversees all financial reporting, customer compliance and operational issues impacting customer integration. With over 22 years of financial industry experience, Dave most recently served as CFO for a prominent investment firm that operated two hedge funds. Previously, he worked at Michael J. Liccar & Co., an accounting firm that specializes in the securities industry, and spent five years with the National Future Association in their compliance area. Dave is a CPA and a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in finance.
